Merino Wool Scarf | SECONDS
Wrap yourself in the unrivaled softness of our luxurious merino wool herringbone scarf. Crafted from four-ply merino wool sourced from the finest mills in Nepal, this luxurious scarf is designed to offer the perfect balance of warmth, breathability, and timeless elegance. Merino wool, known for its velvety softness, is also impressively durable, making this shawl an heirloom-quality piece that will be treasured for generations to come.
Why Merino Wool? Unlike cashmere, which is often prized for its softness but can be more delicate, merino wool strikes a perfect balance between indulgence and durability. Merino wool’s natural elasticity makes it more resistant to pilling and wear over time, meaning it retains its plush, inviting texture even after years of use. The four-ply weave further enhances its luxurious feel, creating a fabric that is both light as a feather and decadently soft to the touch.
Available in three stunning colours - Midnight Sky, Rose Ember, and the classic, serene Snow Drift.
Beautifully lightweight yet incredibly warm, this merino wool scarf is breathable enough for all seasons, making it the perfect gift for anyone seeking a touch of everyday luxury.
- Superior four-ply merino wool: Soft, durable, and more resilient than cashmere, offering luxurious warmth that lasts.
- Exquisite craftsmanship: Sourced from Nepal and hand-finished with care, creating a scarf that’s as beautiful as it is functional.
- Perfect size for versatility: At 80 x 36 inches, it’s ideal for throwing on as a luxurious fashion statement or wrapping a little one up in on a chilly day. Throw over the sofa or the end of your bed for extra warmth and glamour.
Seconds info: some scarves may have very minor pulls/snags/marks from transit.
Ethical | Bespoke | Handmade
Every Bombaby piece is a labour of love, not mass production. Designed in Rutland and handcrafted in Jaipur, our bespoke block print bedding and quilted accessories take 4–6 weeks to create - from hand-blocking and stitching, to quilting and their voyage from India to the UK.
Each fabric is printed to order by skilled artisans using the centuries-old technique of hand block printing - an intricate process where wooden blocks are hand-carved, dipped in natural dyes, and carefully pressed onto fabric, layer by layer. Because of this, you may notice small smudges, ink splashes, or slight variations in the print - these are not flaws, but the hallmarks of true craftsmanship.
To reduce waste, we also use surplus fabrics for linings, piping, and trims - so colours and patterns may vary slightly from batch to batch. This only adds to the bespoke, one-of-a-kind nature of our designs.
Unlike factory-made textiles, no two pieces are ever identical, making your item truly unique. These handcrafted details are a badge of authenticity, celebrating slow fashion, tradition, and artistry.
We also print to order to minimise waste and plant a tree for every purchase, helping to offset emissions.
