UK Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked Services

  • Standard Shipping: £3.95 (Tracked 48) | Delivery: 3-5 days

  • Standard Shipping (Orders over £100): FREE (Tracked 48) | Delivery: 3-5 days

  • Speedy Standard: £4.95 (Tracked 24) | Delivery: 2-3 days

  • Express Delivery: £10* (Special Delivery) | Delivery: 1-2 days

    • Orders must be placed by 11am for next-day delivery.

Important Notes:

  • We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout. Please check your details carefully before completing your order.

  • If a signature is required, please ensure that someone is available to sign for the package or that a safe place is clearly indicated.

  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

  • If an item is shipped to you in error, we kindly ask that it is returned to us. A pre-paid return label and collection will be provided. Any unreturned items will be invoiced.

  • If a parcel is reported missing in transit, we must allow 7 working days after the expected delivery date before issuing a refund, to account for potential delays. If a refund is issued and the item subsequently arrives, the customer is required to return it using a pre-paid returns label.


International Shipping: Standard Tracked Service

  • Standard Shipping (up to 2kg): £20 (weight is calculated at checkout).

  • Customs Duties & Taxes:

    • All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Charges are determined by the customs office of the destination country.

    • If an item is disposed of by the courier due to non-payment of customs fees, we cannot send a replacement or issue a refund.


UK Returns & Exchanges

Hassle-Free Returns via Our Royal Mail Portal

To return an item, place the unused item(s) in their original packaging and purchase a Royal Mail return label HERE.

Return Period:

  • Full-price items: Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt.

  • Sale items: Returns must be made within 14 days to qualify for a refund.

  • Christmas Returns: Extended 14-day return period for purchases made during the holiday season.

  • Samples & Seconds: Non-returnable unless faulty beyond described defects.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, including dust bags (if applicable).

  • The safe return of items is the customer’s responsibility—we are unable to refund for missing items or those damaged in transit.

  • Returns Fee:

    • Small parcels: £3.95 (deducted from refund)

    • Medium parcels (over 2kg): £5 (deducted from refund)

  • International returns: Customers must cover the return shipping cost. We cannot generate return labels for overseas orders. A tracked service is required for all international returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

  • If your item is faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  • The faulty item must then be returned within 14 days of contacting us to qualify for a refund, repair, or exchange.

  • If the issue is reported after 14 days but within the legal 30-day period, we can only offer a repair or replacement rather than a refund.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will confirm receipt and notify you if your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 2-5 working days for your bank to process the transaction.

Exceptions:

  • Sale Items: Refundable within 14 days of receipt.

  • Samples & Seconds: Non-refundable unless faulty beyond described defects.

  • Bundle Discounts:

    • If a full-price item is returned but the promotional (discounted) items are kept, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Free Gifts: Any free gifts received as part of a promotion must be returned with the order to qualify for a full refund.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for faulty or defective items.

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the standard returns process and place a new order separately.

  • Faulty or defective items will be replaced (or a similar item sent if out of stock). We may provide a pre-paid return label in these cases.
